Program Description

People are an organisation’s most important asset; maximising their potential is key to a business’ success. On this course, you will learn how you can play a key role in developing, reinforcing and changing the culture of an organisation through effective management of human resources and creation of sound business strategy.  

In-depth study of practice and contemporary theories will equip you with an advanced knowledge of management principles in business and HR. We will take the study of management and organisations from its historical roots to the present day, and, using real-life examples, we will teach you to critically analyse organisational development and the possible consequences on human resource management.  The international aspect to the course allows you to explore the complexities of management within organisations that operate and trade across multiple countries, and gain an understanding of management in a global context. Learn how to look at company accounts from both the shareholder and the company perspectives, and discover the importance of organisational culture and identity. You will also evaluate the impact that external affairs can have on organisational strategy and behaviour. 

Admission Requirements

• Indian Students:-A bachelor's degree with 50%-60%(in any subject), depending on the university you have studied at and the course you are applying for.
• UAE Students:-For courses that require a 2.1 classification, we accept an equivalent of GPA 3.0/4.0 or 3.5 (out of 5.0) or 80% and for courses that require a 2.2 classification, we accept an equivalent of GPA 2.5/4.0 or 2.8 (out of 5.0) or 75%.

• Indian Students for IELTS Waiver - At least 70% marks in English language course in Higher Secondary School.
• Course Duration:- 15 months for January starts, 12 months for September starts
