Program Description

MSc International Finance and Investment programme will provide you with skills and expertise to appraise issues facing financial market participants and to improve the practice of investment and risk management in a sustainable and ethical manner. It focuses on trading portfolio management and corporate finance following latest developments in the finance field by offering Financial Technology (FinTech) as a core module. You will be taught by research active academics with industry experience who are able to bring fresh insights into their teaching. Research strengths include Corporate Finance, Financial Economics, International Finance, Project Finance, Accounting, Financial Markets and Corporate Governance. Teaching is academically rigorous and strong emphasis is placed on practical relevance. This course is ideal for students who wish to pursue careers in investment banking trading, asset management, portfolio investment, hedge funds, corporate finance management and financial analysis or to pursue further studies in finance.

Admission Requirements

  • Indian Students:-A bachelor's degree with 50%-60%(in an Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics or Business-related subject), depending on the university you have studied at and the course you are applying for.
  • UAE Students:-For courses that require a 2.1 classification, we accept an equivalent of GPA 3.0/4.0 or 3.5 (out of 5.0) or 80% and for courses that require a 2.2 classification, we accept an equivalent of GPA 2.5/4.0 or 2.8 (out of 5.0) or 75%.
  • Professional qualifications deemed to be of equivalent standing, relevant work experience and strong quantitative degrees (Statistics, Engineering, Maths and Physics) will be considered on an individual basis.
