Program Description
Degree in Architectural Engineering is designed to provide graduates with the knowledge and skills needed by society to design buildings and structures that provide sustainable, low energy built environments for the future. Professionals working in architectural engineering are highly influential in creatively shaping the built environment. Students will gain practical interdisciplinary design and management skills and start shaping their personal development as an architectural engineer in practice.
In this course, you will learn disciplines such as:
- Architectural Technology
- Building Surveying
- Construction Project Management
- Quantity Surveying
- Building Services Engineering and
- Civil Engineering.
On successful completion of the course, you will have knowledge of:
- Building technology and construction processes.
- Management processes and systems associated with construction.
- Building science with respect to materials, structure, services and internal environment.
- The legal and regulatory framework within which buildings are constructed.
- Economics of construction; design processes used in construction.
- Current innovations relating to the construction of buildings; procurement and contract administration procedures; how quality is achieved in construction processes and products.
- Health and safety in building design and construction.

Admission Requirements
- Indian Students-Students who have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate with a minimum GPA of 3.5 or the Equivalent to 65% of total GPA.
- Arab Students need to meet any of the following-
- Students who hold an International Baccalaureate (IB) from High School with a minimum score of 30 overall.
- Students who have 3 A-level passes with a minimum grade of C or above.
- Students who hold a Diploma with 2.5 GPA out of 4 or 3.0 CGPA out of 5 (subject to syllabus match).
- Students who completed American high school should have 2 APs with 2 points or higher.
- Students who hold Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations or Central Board of Secondary Education.
