Program Description

This design-orientated degree gives you a much sought-after skillset, bridging design and construction specialisms. You graduate industry-ready, able to play a key role on a project team in the rapidly expanding construction sector.The course builds your knowledge and skills so you can take an architectural concept and develop it into a sustainable construction solution. You learn not only about the design and architectural aspects of a project but how they depend and interact with building materials, technology and engineering.The course is delivered through on-site experience of construction, real-life case studies, and opportunities for field trips and masterclasses from industry leaders and innovators. The course aligns with the education framework of the main accrediting bodies, the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).

Admission Requirements

• Indian Students:-Year 12 with 55% overall.
• Arab Students:- Any of the following:-
  • 2 A level passes (minimum C and D)
  • International Baccalaureate (24 points)
  • A recognised Foundation degree

Remarks:

Indian Students IELTS Waiver: - 

• At least 70% marks in English language course in Higher Secondary School.
• Punjab and Haryana Boards will not get IELTS waive off.
