BA (Hons) Business Administration (International Tourism Management)

Program Description

This one-year course is for those who already have qualifications (Level 4 and 5 or 240 credits) or experience in this field and wish to gain a degree in Business Administration with a specific focus. It opens the door to a range of rewarding careers in international tourism management as well as other tourism-related roles.Alongside the development of core business skills, this course gives you a sound understanding of the principles and practices of the global tourism industry as well as teaching you to apply theory to contemporary issues. You gain an integrated understanding of how the complex business of tourism operates across the world, placing it within an ethical framework and examining it from different perspectives: global political; economic; social; technological; legal; ecological; and business.W ith this degree, you should have already studied business administration or international tourism management at an appropriate level or have substantial, relevant work experience in the field. You will be ready to extend your existing knowledge, skills and capabilities to respond proactively and creatively to contemporary issues in international tourism.

Admission Requirements

  • Indian Students:-Year 12 with 55% overall.
  • Arab Students:- Any of the following:-
    • 2 A level passes (minimum C and D)
    • International Baccalaureate (24 points)
    • A recognised Foundation degree

Indian Students IELTS Waiver: - 

  • At least 70% marks in English language course in Higher Secondary School.
  • Punjab and Haryana Boards will not get IELTS waive off.
