BSc (Hons) International Tourism with Events Management
Program Description
The course combines the key subject areas of business, marketing and tourism with an industry focus on events management. It develops your theoretical understanding of all these areas while encouraging you to put theory into practice working on real-life briefs and case studies. To start the course, you study the business of events management, tourism and hospitality before moving on to explore areas such as cultural tourism; marketing; and tourism and sustainable development. Specific events management units may include event planning and operations; risk and crisis management for events; events and destination marketing; and event planning in practice.

- Become a self-directed, self-regulated, reflexive learner, able to plan and manage a project from start to finish
- Take the course over four years and include a fee-free year in industry (see below), gaining experience and making contacts for the future
- If you need a step up into higher education, start with a Foundation Year (see below) which guarantees your place on the degree course
Admission Requirements
- Indian Students:-Year 12 with 55% overall.
- Arab Students:- Any of the following:-
- 2 A level passes (minimum C and D)
- International Baccalaureate (24 points)
- A recognised Foundation degree

Remarks:
Indian Students IELTS Waiver: -
- At least 70% marks in English language course in Higher Secondary School.
- Punjab and Haryana Boards will not get IELTS waive off.
