Program Description

Grow your knowledge of the built environment and update your skills to meet the demands of the modern construction industry with a Master’s in Construction Project Management. Our MSc Construction Project Management will teach you how to match design and production to the needs of the market for built space - an issue at the very core of the construction and property industries. You'll learn how to plan and control the allocation of resources and respond creatively to volatile economic conditions. Specific modules cover topics such as development economics and planning, applied project management, risk management, building integrated systems and technologies.

Graduates of this Construction Project Management course will have a host of career options, including project management roles with property developers, construction contractors, local and central government, and regeneration agencies.

Admission Requirements

• You should have a 2:2 honours degree or above or an equivalent qualification in a built environment discipline such as civil engineering, construction, surveying or architecture. We will consider undergraduate degrees in other disciplines on an individual basis.
• Alternatively, we will consider relevant experience with membership of an appropriate professional body.
• General Requirement
  • Indian Students- Four year bachelor degree with a minimum of 55% in Final Year (However, if graduating from one of the top universities: Mumbai University, Savitribai Phule Pune University (Pune University), Calcutta University, Delhi University, Bangalore University and Madras University; a minimum of 50% in final year is required). 
    Note: More specialised courses require four year bachelor degree with a minimum of 65% in final year.(However, if graduating from one of the top universities: Mumbai University, Savitribai Phule Pune University (Pune University), Calcutta University, Delhi University, Bangalore University and Madras University; a minimum of 60% in final year is required).
  • Arab Students-Bachelors Degree with 60% or GPA 2.5/4 for UK 2:2 and GPA 3/4 for UK 2.1
