MSc Criminology and Criminal Psychology
Program Description
By studying Criminology and Criminal Psychology, you'll learn about the changing nature of psychology, law and criminology, and how to apply your knowledge in the forensic and legal arenas. The course will develop your ability to relate theory to practice with its broad coverage of criminological, forensic and psychological approaches to crime. Specific modules include criminal investigative psychology, crime theory, social forensic psychology, and crime, terrorism and the state.
The MSc in Criminology and Criminal Psychology will open a diverse range of career paths. Once you graduate, you will be well-placed for employment in public, private, and/or criminal justice work, or criminal, legal, and forensic psychological work.

- General Requirement
- Indian Students- Four year bachelor degree with a minimum of 55% in Final Year (However, if graduating from one of the top universities: Mumbai University, Savitribai Phule Pune University (Pune University), Calcutta University, Delhi University, Bangalore University and Madras University; a minimum of 50% in final year is required).
Note: More specialised courses require four year bachelor degree with a minimum of 65% in final year.(However, if graduating from one of the top universities: Mumbai University, Savitribai Phule Pune University (Pune University), Calcutta University, Delhi University, Bangalore University and Madras University; a minimum of 60% in final year is required). - Arab Students-Bachelors Degree with 60% or GPA 2.5/4 for UK 2:2 and GPA 3/4 for UK 2.1
- You should have a UK undergraduate degree at 2:2 or above or an equivalent qualification - both level and grade - from a recognised non-UK university) in criminology or a related discipline.
