Program Description

The architecture degree, accredited by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), is your first step to a professional career in architecture. Teaching is based at our Stockwell Street Building in Heneghan Peng-designed galleries. Studio-based tutorial groups provide all the skills and knowledge you'll need via a range of approaches to architectural design.

You'll learn to use design software and gain visual and drawing skills. You will also study architectural practice, the history of architecture, sustainability, contemporary theory and technology. Successful graduates will gain exemption from the RIBA Part 1 examination.This course is designed to prepare students for progression into year-out practice in the architectural profession, leading to advanced level study in RIBA/ARB part 2 MArch in Architecture.

As well as becoming architects, graduates can pursue opportunities in computer-aided design, animation, urban design, interior design, arts and media, project management, graphic design and the construction industry.

Admission Requirements

  • Arab Students-International Foundation Programme
  • Indian Students-Standard XII with a minimum of 60% (70% for Law, Architecture)

Remarks:

  • Indian Students for IELTS Waiver - At least 75% marks in English language course in Higher Secondary School.
