Perhaps no skill in business is more essential than the determination of value. Gannon’s finance concentration will help you learn key financial theories and management strategies from stock market simulations to portfolio management, and apply what you’ve learned through internships, service-learning projects and collaborations with clients operating in the Center for Business Ingenuity. You’ll be well prepared upon graduation to apply your ethical financial leadership in careers that give back to communities.Gain real-world knowledge through key finance courses including:

• Security Analysis and Portfolio Management: Determine the value of an enterprise based on fundamental business factors and learn to select investment portfolios that achieve long-term financial objectives.
• Financial Models: Integrate finance, accounting, statistics and computer skills to develop project financing, pricing, financial statements and valuation models using Excel.
• Retirement and Estate Planning: Gain financial planning skills and knowledge needed to choose and develop retirement and estate plans that meet an individual’s financial objectives.

Admission Requirements

• A minimum GPA of 3/4 or B Grade in Year 12th or equivalent.
