Public health is the science and art of preventing disease, prolonging life and promoting community health through planned and organized efforts. Public health professionals are at the center of many of the world’s most pressing health and environmental issues. - Public Health: Explore factors such as individual medical care, community-wide health projects, laws and other influences through an introductory study of community and societal health.
- Epidemiology for Public Health: Study the patterns, causes and effects of health and disease in populations and its influence on public health policy.
- Public Health Internship: Apply the foundational knowledge gained from academic coursework in a professional public health or related setting of interest to refine critical thinking, problem solving, communication and professional skills.
