Program Description

Develop skills in all areas of film production – from idea development to distribution, concept to completion. You’ll graduate as an enterprising and entrepreneurial practitioner capable of working in today’s film industry as well as shaping its future.

• Study a variety of aspects of filmmaking such as distribution, marketing, buying, fundraising and film production, through a combination of practical and theoretical approaches
• Access industry standard digital film cameras, editing programmes and audio equipment throughout your degree
• Work alongside internationally recognised film lecturers and practitioners
• Choose optional modules to specialise in a particular area of interest to match your career ambitions
• Make invaluable industry connections during an optional 30-week work placement with organisations such as The Walt Disney Company, Signal Productions, NorthLight Media and Curtain Calls Production.
• Within 15 months of completing their course, 95% of our students were employed or in further study.

Admission Requirements

• Indian Students Requirement:-
  • You can apply to study a Bachelor’s degree from year one if you hold a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Standard XII and have achieved an average percentage of at least 65% (although some courses will require this to be higher).
  • You can undertake a Foundation Certificate before going on to an undergraduate course if you have successfully completed 12 years of schooling in India and achieved a minimum of UKVI IELTS (Academic) 5.0.
• Arab Students Requirement:-
  • You can apply to study from year one of a Bachelor's degree from year one if you have completed:
    • A foundation programme
    • A Levels, or
    • International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma.
  • Twelve years’ schooling in Saudi Arabia and minimum IELTS 5.0
