Program Description

Students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting at the University of Mount Union will experience a blend of rigorous coursework combined with real-world internship opportunities.The demand for accounting graduates continues to grow as corporations develop, tax laws change and new government regulations are introduced.  Businesses employ large numbers of accountants as treasurers, controllers, internal auditors, budget analysts, cost accountants and staff accountants to name a few. The accounting program at Mount Union prepares students for careers in public accounting, corporate accounting, governmental accounting and not for profit accounting.

Admission Requirements

• An applicant should have at least a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale to be considered for admission
