Program Description

The International Business major prepares students to manage a firm’s marketing, finance/accounting, and operation functions in an international context. Students develop an awareness of global business issue​s and the knowledge, skills, and abilities to contribute to a firm’s success in the dynamic global environment of business. Through internships, partnership programs, and study abroad experiences, students learn firsthand how business works globally and create distinctive and marketable advantages when seeking employment.

Jacksonville University’s International Business program builds a foundation for career success in international business by developing business skills, a global perspective, and language specialization. JU faculty use their own international experience in the classroom to bring learning alive.

The International Business major is the only small school AACSB-accredited program in North Florida and South Georgia. Also, the Davis College of Business & Technology is consistently creating partnerships with other AACSB business universities in different parts of the world so that students can experience education across the globe. 

Admission Requirements

• A GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 required in Year 12th.
