Program Description

The Earth Science program uses an integrated approach to the study of problems of the Earth environment through a synthesis of geology, hydrology, and geochemistry. We emphasize a solid foundation in geology with opportunities to focus on environmental geosciences. The Bachelor of Science in Earth Science prepares students for graduate study, or a wide range of positions in geoscience fields, including industry, consulting, or state/federal agencies. In addition to required and elective ESCI courses, cognate courses (math and science) are also required for completion of the degree program. 

Admission Requirements

  • Applicants who have a cumulative high school grade point average of 2.5 or above will automatically be admitted to the university and not be required to submit standardized test scores for admissions.
  • Applicants who score below a 2.5 grade point average are encouraged to submit standardized test scores(ACT or SAT scores)

  • I20(Visa Letter) can be obtained only after submitting a bank statement with a balance of USD $42,924
