Bachelor of Science Management
Program Description
The Management major is designed for those who wish to learn how to plan and organize the collection of activities, organizational infrastructure, capital and human resources involved in business processes, as well as how to staff, lead and control these processes to achieve an organizational goal. Students can choose one of two concentrations:
- Management
- Human Resources
The knowledge and skills developed in the Management major can be applied in many areas; therefore, students majoring in Management may find jobs in a wide variety of industries and organizations. A sample of the jobs after graduation includes:
- Human Resource Management Specialists
- Production and Inventory Control Specialists
- Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Managers
- Quality Assurance Analysts
- Purchasing and Sales Managers
- Retail Store, Restaurant, Hotel, Property, and Facilities Managers
- Management Consultants
- Training Specialists and Corporate Trainers
Admission Requirements
- Applicants who have a cumulative high school grade point average of 2.5 or above will automatically be admitted to the university and not be required to submit standardized test scores for admissions.
- Applicants who score below a 2.5 grade point average are encouraged to submit standardized test scores(ACT or SAT scores)
