Program Description

Organizational Leadership majors develop the leadership skills necessary to be effective in our diverse global economy. They enhance problem-solving skills to promote positive organizational change and learn effective management concepts which can be applied to the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Graduates hold managerial and administrative roles in governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private companies. You may go on to hold positions including: Community Engagement Manager, Communications Officer, Development Professional, Director of Administration, Diversity Management, Executive Director, Grant Administrator, Healthcare, Human Resources Professional, Marketing Manager, Nonprofit Management, Program Specialist, Public Service, Social Services, Volunteer Coordinator.

• A GPA of 2.7 is required in Year 12th.

• I20(Visa Letter) can be obtained only after submitting a bank statement with a balance of USD $51,950.
