Program Description

The B.S. Forensic Science - Chemistry degree at the Forensic Science Institute combines a degree in Forensic Science with a degree in Chemistry. This program is FEPAC accredited. The block of specialized instruction in forensic science includes Forensic Chemistry & Lab, Forensic Microscopy & Lab, and Forensic Toxicology & Lab. These courses along with additional courses in Crime Scene Processing, Criminal Procedures, and a comprehensive curriculum in Chemistry prepares the student to enter a graduate degree program or a training program in a forensic or chemistry laboratory. Forensic Science - Chemistry career opportunities include:
