Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science - Digital Forensics

Program Description

The B.S. Forensic Science - Digital Forensics degree at the Forensic Science Institute is one of only two FEPAC-accredited undergraduate programs in the country in digital forensics. The comprehensive curriculum provide students the fundamentals of digital forensics to include data recovery, proper collection and preservation of digital evidence, use of current digital forensics tools, and the forensic examination of computer networks and mobile computing devices. Students are participants in hands-on exercises that model the types of cases examined by digital forensics examiners in law enforcement and private industry. This degree is combined with a degree in either Computer Science or Management of Information Systems. Upon successful completion of the program, students will have the knowledge and skills to sit for certifications in digital forensics.

Admission Requirements

The student must show a minimum GPA of 2.70 or its equivalent in high school.

Remarks:

  • I20(Visa Letter) can be obtained only after submitting a bank statement with a balance of USD $26,300.
