Program Description

Geography offers a broad liberal arts curriculum.  As our world changes daily, geography enables us to understand the role of people in the settlement of the earth.  Geographic literacy takes different forms, ranging from knowing the location of countries on a map to understanding why the Middle Eastern countries continue to quarrel over Israel's existence and other political conflicts of the like. Geography majors can study and work in geography all over the world in careers like these: 

• Biogeography
• Geomorphology
• Climatology and meteorology
• Hydrology
• Coastal geography
• Oceanography
• Glaciology
• Pedology

Admission Requirements

The student must show a minimum GPA of 2.70 or its equivalent in high school.

Remarks:

• I20(Visa Letter) can be obtained only after submitting a bank statement with a balance of USD $26,300.
