In a world where change is taking place among both populations and the environment, the challenge of producing enough food without putting any further stress on the natural ecosystem must be answered. Lincoln University’s Bachelor of Science - Food Science major expands your opportunities in a specialised field, with a solid grounding across the basic sciences. On top of this, we layer practical and theoretical understanding of food composition and processing, nutrition, safety, sensory evaluation and essential consumer-focused product innovation.
