Study management and leadership as part of the Bachelor of Business degree. Organisations of all sizes, types and industries need managers who can deal with the myriad demands of leadership in the modern environment. Profitability, sustainability, innovation, social responsibility, stakeholder relations, market share and resource utilisation are just some of the issues that managers must face, which make this a stimulating and challenging career direction.
A key aspect of management is the ability to get the best out of people, to motivate them and integrate their own professional development with the requirements of the business. This calls for extremely well-developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, allied to a strong sense of commercial awareness.

Admission Requirements

Bangladesh Students

• One year of successful study towards an undergraduate degree at a recognised institute.

India Students

• 12 years of schooling with an overall average of 75% in four academic subjects, including a min 60% in English from All-India Senior Certificate (AISSC) - Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CBSC), or Indian School Certificate (ISC) - Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), or Indian State Boards - Karnataka, Maharashtra or West Bengal State Board Examinations.
• All other Higher Secondary State Board Examinations require an overall average of 80% in four academic subjects with a min 65% in English.

Arab Students

• One year of successful study towards an undergraduate degree at a recognised institute; or
• Successful completion of a diploma at a recognised college of technology; or
• Successful completion of a junior health diploma at a recognised tertiary institution; or
• Successful completion of a higher technical institute diploma at a recognised tertiary institution.
