Program Description

The Resource and Environmental Studies program introduces students to resource and environmental legislation, resource management, contemporary environmental issues and environmental and community health and explores how these topics affect Indigenous peoples, cultures and histories. The Bachelor of Arts in Resource and Environmental Studies is a joint program with Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Woodland Campus and First Nations University of Canada. Completion of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Prince Albert Campus, Resource and Environmental Law Diploma or Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Integrated Resource Management Diploma is required for admission to this program.

Admission Requirements

Grade 12 with 70% overall is required.

Remarks:

• International undergraduate students on a study permit are required to pay a $500.00 CAD tuition deposit upon acceptance of admission.
