Business and management is an incredibly broad and varied field. By studying at ARU Peterborough, you will gain the knowledge and skills you need to analyse and solve problems – and forge ahead in your career. As well as looking at how businesses operate, our BSc (Hons) Business and Management degree has a strong focus on learning and development. You’ll acquire a comprehensive understanding of the way individuals – as well as organisations – learn, develop, and grow. As part of this we’ll discuss human resource development and performance improvement.

While studying with us, you’ll become adept at using communication and information technology effectively for business. You’ll also become familiar with standards of professional practice in a range of scenarios, for example as an employee advocate, HR practitioner or a consultant. Standard 12 with average of 55%-60%(depending on Board of Education)
