After paying the total fees to the institute for any of the courses, students should show around EURO 8,000 as living costs in their account for the visa at the time of visa application. Usually, sharing accommodation costs 300 euros per month. So you should take around 1,000 euros as initial expenses when you travel. Usually, students get jobs and work placement while they are studying. It is easy to find a job in Malta, as per our previous student experience. If the student is unable to find a job within a short period, there is an option to apply for a job-seeking visa (9 months duration) to find a job.
No, Students can’t take family while they are studying. Once students get a work visa, they can apply for a family visa if they meet the visa requirements.
Based on Malta Get Qualified Scheme, students who complete a study programme will be eligible to apply for 70 % of the tuition fees back once their tax payment reaches 70 % of the tuition fees after moving to a work visa in Malta.
