Admission and fee payment process?

Once you submit the application and documents, the institute will issue the admission letter. Students must pay the total fee in advance to the Institute as a single payment. Instalment payment is not acceptable. After paying the full fee to the institute, the institute will issue visa-supporting documents to initiate the visa process. If your visa is rejected, the institute will refund you the entire fee except their administration fee.

Processing Time

The admission process from the institute is around one month. Once you receive the admission letter from the college, you should pay the fees to the institute directly without delay. Then only the institute will issue the visa letter. Once you receive the visa letter, you can start the visa process. Visa processing time depends on Embassy’s decision. Usually, it takes 1-2 Months to get an update from the Embassy.

Accommodation Expenses

After paying the total fees to the institute for any of the courses, students should show around EURO 8,000 as living costs in their account for the visa at the time of visa application. Usually, sharing accommodation costs 300 euros per month. So you should take around 1,000 euros as initial expenses when you travel. Once you find a part-time job, you will be able to cover your expenses. Even though we can’t guarantee accommodation, we can help you to find accommodation. It totally depends on timing and availability.

Stay Back After the Course

Usually, students get jobs and work placement while they are studying. It is easy to find a job in Malta, as per our previous student experience. If the student is unable to find a job within a short period, there is an option to apply for a job-seeking visa (9 months duration) to find a job.

Can the family be accompanied?

No, Students can’t take family while they are studying. Once students get a work visa, they can apply for a family visa if they meet the visa requirements.
