Overview

Central Michigan University was formed in 1892 as Central Michigan Normal School and has 27,768 students currently enrolled. It is a public university and offers programs at the bachelors, masters and doctoral levels. The university operates out of several colleges like: College of Communication and Fine Arts, College of Science and Technology, College of Graduate Studies, College of Health Professions, College of Humanities and Social and Behavioral Sciences, College of Education and Human Services and College of Business Administration.
