If you love mathematics, and want to see how it works and how it is used in a wide variety of contexts, then the Applied Mathematics degree at Swansea University is the course for you. Our three-year BSc degree in Applied Mathematics covers the most important mathematical concepts in linear and abstract algebra, real and complex analysis, probability and differential equations, and the ways these are applied in game theory, financial markets, cancer modelling, dynamical systems, quantum mechanics, machine learning, data science, and other areas.Mathematics graduates typically earn salaries 50% higher than the average graduate. Admission Requirements

• Arab Students:- Candidates are expected to have achieved one of the following in the relevant curriculum:
  • Al-Thanawaya Al-Amah (GSEC): 60% overall including 60% in 5 relevant subjects
  • American High School: Minimum GPA 2.0 (70%)
  • Cambridge iGCSE: 5 passed with a minimum C grade average
  • IB Certificate: Min 20 Points and must pass mathematics
• Indian Students:-Candidates are expected to have achieved 70% Year XII including Standard XII in English - 70% or above (or equivalent).
