Program Description

BA Geography degree is suitable for students who know that their main interest lies in the field of human geography. You will cover a contemporary range of themes including processes shaping the global economy, mobility and migration, creative geographies and political geography. You will also have the chance to explore how landscapes are shaped and discover how populations move and interact.Our graduates have become Catchment Scientists, Ecologists, Geographical Data Processors, Surveyors, Housing Officers, Meteorologists, Journalists, Government Advisors and Lecturers.

Admission Requirements

  • Arab Students:- Candidates are expected to have achieved one of the following in the relevant curriculum:
    • Al-Thanawaya Al-Amah (GSEC): 60% overall including 60% in 5 relevant subjects
    • American High School: Minimum GPA 2.0 (70%)
    • Cambridge iGCSE: 5 passed with a minimum C grade average
    • IB Certificate: Min 20 Points and must pass mathematics
  • Indian Students:-Candidates are expected to have achieved 70% Year XII including Standard XII in English - 70% or above (or equivalent).
