The Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program recruits students with great potential and prepares them to become responsible property investors and developers.The degree focuses on sustainable and responsible development, emphasizing public/private partnerships; transit-oriented development; and sustainable and healthy cities. The MRED program is ideal for professionals interested in better understanding the real estate industry as a whole, as well as those who are or intend to be real estate developers and industry leaders. Admission Requirements
- Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited United States college or university, or equivalent in a non-US institution of higher learning. The undergraduate degree can be in any field of study. A cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 in the last 90 graded quarter credit hours or last 60 graded semester credit hours is required.
