Program Description

At the University of Arizona, an interest in journalism can take you as far as you can dream. The school’s programs are designed for students who have a journalism background as well as those who have no previous journalism experience. Full-time students can complete the curriculum in two years. The School of Journalism's mission is to prepare students to face the complex challenges confronting journalists in the 21st century. In the school's computer laboratories and seminar rooms, students work on stories that appear in real-world news media, and study the political, economic, legal and ethical issues that journalists face in the global information age.

Admission Requirements

1. Must hold a B.S.
2. Meet the minimum cumulative GPA requirements of 3.0.
